THE BLUEPRINT OF THE BUTTERFLY
When a caterpillar transforms, new cells appear that hold the design of what it will become. First they're resisted. Then they find each other — and become the butterfly. We believe young people carry that same blueprint. Our work is helping them find it, and find each other.
